At Basilur Tea, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every premium blend. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Securely pack the tea tins or boxes in their original shipping container, ensuring the items are protected from damage.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our specified distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned tea, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
